This additional software provides a seamless and consistent data viewing/reporting environment irrespective of the RTU’s Off-Line nature.

Enabling this capability, Rapid Central provides “dial on demand” and scheduling, all from within a familiar interface on the Intellution screen.

When an RTU dials into Rapid Central prompted by an alarm condition, that alarm will appear within the iFix alarm mechanisms of display and recordings.

Event and time based recording is captured within the RTU. Any time a connection occurs with a RTU, all data is retrieved by Rapid Central and distributed to the appropriate databases. This allows familiar iFix trending to be applied.
