Detailed health reporting for the gas distribution system and associated field equipment. Configuring, viewing and printing can be done from within the Intellution Screen and/or from a standard Web Browser on any networked PC.

Rapid Report runs in conjunction with Rapid Central and combines the data from both the Time-Based and Event-Based Historical Databases.

Analog Signal Report

Up to 10 signals reported side by side by the minute, hour or day with Min, Max and Average. An additional Raw Report is possible showing all of the intertwined Time-Based and Event-Based recordings presented chronologically. The Raw Report is useful primarily during an incident (pipe break etc) as the Event data can show properly time stamped data within one second intervals between the Time Based readings.

Daily Alarm Report

Alarm transactions reporting to paper by any Start/Stop period within a specific month boundary.

Field Instrument Fluctuation Report

Queried by Day, the report will generate a listing of the field devices and how many times they have swung outside of a numerical window.  Queried by Month, the report will produce the same listing for a single field device. The predictive nature of this report has proven invaluable in detecting imminent regulator failures, bad wiring and other mechanical/electronic failures. The equivalent to running this report would be to view every historical trend for every value in the system every day.

Field Instrument Activity Report

Rapid Central allows the association of notes to be entered and time-stamped from the User screen for any displayed Value. These notes combined with signal Fail, Alarm and User Activity conditions are printed chronologically producing a trail of information.

Field RTU Diagnostics Report

Offline RTUs or Comm Failure, Input Board Failures, Clock Syncs, KeyPad Login, PseudoSlave Port Login & Activity

Field RTU Software Modification Tracking & Signal Delta Report

Rapid Central records within the Event Database all of the Software Download Events from the RTU. Rapid Central also records the results of the newly downloaded discovery period by Signal Name. All of this information is used to report changes about the software by signal name and when it occurred.

Stoner Node Association and Data Export
